The Joys of Acceptance?

The government keeps telling us we are a land of accepting people. Whether it race, religion, creed or color or anything else.  But my questions is, when is acceptance too much of a thing. Or when should we no longer have this ideal of acceptance?

Now, with the technical support chat i do, i have seen some of the dumbest stuff typed out.  I've seen new forms of languages people try and create and i've seen things that make no sense at all. Even to the non-technical world. The best came yesterday. This is a full copy of the text given to me from the person i was attempting to help.

IUP AND I ALREADY HAVE ONM HAVIN A PROBLEN AGAIN THAT ANTIVIRUS KEEPS POPPN.
im not getin ageeneg gona ahkd.

Now, being who I am, i tried the Google Translation service, and this isn't a known language that I can find.  And yet the person got irate because i kept asking them what they meant and finally they said No. Which was the only thing i understood and left the support channel.

And I'm supposed to be nice to people! And people wonder why a lot of the times I'm drained at the end of the day. It's just sad that the majority of people can not only speak clearly, but they can't spell or write clearly.
